I found out about tile editing in SDK2/DKC2, its pretty easy, and my level turned out like a actual new SDK2/DKC2 level, so i decided to work on my new project instead of this, but hey, the demo will still be up, and i might fix some bugs on it :)

Remember to patch the (J) v1.0 ROM.

Just to point out to the others, all levels up to Kannon's Klaim have been edited.
This hack is pretty good so far. Are you thinking of editing the terrain too, or is it too difficult for you? (It's okay if it is, because it can be a pain)

Unfair bug: On Hot Head Hop, the barrel leading out of the Collect The Stars bonus shoots you to your death. >_<

I don't know how to hack the terrain yet.
And i do know about that bug, i forgot to get rid of it.

More levels are coming soon :)

Hack was great, man. Hot Head Bop in particular was awesome though I enjoyed the whole thing a lot :P

I have collected 3 different SDK2 hacks i made back in 2010, i had more, but they are long gone, besides, these are the best hacks i have got.

New Donkey Kong Country

I am making a new hack with DKCRE, with new levels.

Here is the story about what happened :
One day on DK Isle, a eruption happened thanks to K Rools evil weather machine, and the land and sky turns red, melting down DK Isle, will DK and Diddy beat K. Rool again?

Sorry, all the old versions are not for download anymore, because dkc-atlas only supports up to 5 attachments at a time.

I have change the name "Mincer Hijinxs" to "Mincer Madness", and a new level is in the works.

Well it is a little more difficult than usual, you will need a hex editor, and then find the level name by typing most of it (but not all of the name) into the search feature on the hex editor, and you will notice that the last letter is not a regular english letter, it kinda looks like a piece of data, well remember which special letter is at the end of a level name and use that hex value for "S" "E" etc. at the end of a level name, say you want to change Ropey Rampage to Animal Antics (Which is what i am doing soon), in the hex editor, it will say (Ropey Rampag(Special letter for E), in order to change it just make sure it has enough letters and type in all of the letter except the last, change Ropey Rampag(Special letter for E) to Animal Antic(Special hex for S), after all that test it and it should work.

Looking good so far, though your levels are quite short. I would suggest extending them a little more. Other than that, this is pretty cool, even just to see DKCRE being put to some use. :)

Thanks, that's the third time someone has said something good about one of my hacks, and what do you expect for the first two levels, the later levels will be longer.

1. Animal Antics is now on evening setting instead of rainy night, thanks to DK Edit.
2. Animal Antics is a little bit different.
3. File select is reddish.

I am planning new Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, and 3 hacks, and no it's not the Japanese Super Donkey Kong 2 and 3, it's the American Donkey Kong Country 2 and 3, thanks to Kingizor and his SDK2/SDK3 translation, and thanks to Simion32's DKC Resource Editor, I can modify the (U) version, new level hacks coming soon!

I'm going to put my ExHiROM 8.00MB expansion to the test, let's just see if I can simple ASM hack using an ExHiROM 8.00MB expansion, I am using a edited XKAS for ExHiROMs, but you are required to use SNES9X, BSNES, or any emulator that works with ExHiROMs, not ZSNES sadly.
