Cool. May I suggest adding music sanity? So I could, say, change 1-1, and EVERY associated level changes too. Also, you got all the varieties of levels... does that mean you have an array of $3e values? If you have the array, sanity becomes SO much easier.

Don't waste your time. Adding objects to levels is not hard, but tricky to do and not overlap any used data. DKCRE doesn't have this capability. Mine only allows you to delete and readd previously existing objects.

The size of the ROM and the limit of object map sizes are completely unrelated. You could always expand the rom but that wont do anythiing about object maps. Also, DKC1 already has a ton of free space!

That should be fairly easy: just swapping tracks. An array of songs to play by level code is here:

Actually, for what you describe that might be harder. Changing LEVELS will work as I said. Kong family might be a bit different.

This runs on Windows 10, but you said you had Visual Studios installed...

I just downloaded it from my link. It works for me. The only thing is that Windows Firewall has a conniption. :D
