I just noticed there is a few kong swaps that won't need animations, for example Dkc2 Diddy swap was kicking Dixie, so he can kick Kiddy too, all those sprites should be in game already, so maybe you can scratch that one off.
I thought Kiddy's snowmovile animation could be used for any other cart? Same goes for DK riding the mine cart, his half body inside the cart animation might look better and safer than just hanging on top of it. I will have Kiddy start up perfectly and mess up halfway. I'm just worried it might be a longer file. Related to the sprite thread I think you should make DK's head bounce to his foot tap and make him look to his left and back to the front before ending the beat. I don't think that would be too hard...

That's really cool! I know Diddy is excellent with his singing and Dixie knows her guitar but since Kiddy is a baby i think it would make sense that his drum sound beat should be a disaster in purpose, he should be hitting those drums all over the place, might be really funny to see that at the end ...
DK dancing intro with the stereo would be perfect. But this will force all the builder levels to end with a Dkc2 dance which is awesome in my opinion. Also great work on those animations!
Try part of his normal walking animation where his feet are visible and his body is leaning forward, add this surprised face from your animation and maybe the hands too if his walking animation hands don't look right.
