Re: Innovations in the Game Boy ports

I thought the Funky's Fishing minigame in DKC GBA was really neat, and I played it a lot (still am curious about the mechanics, and plan to look into it in the future). Re: DKC SNES Remaster

Welcome to DKC Atlas! It's always nice to see a new face. :)

Your project reminds me of an older topic called The DKC Trilogy Remastered (Flash Project). I would take a look at that topic, as it may offer some information which you will find useful.

DK Attack - Score Overflow (GBA)

YwPeDFuULNc You may appreciate my thumbnail if it is examined. This is just a bit of interesting insight from playing through DK Attack many times. After discovering that I could exploit the time bonuses resetting by way of continual reentry into bonus rooms, I was able to maximize my score in Rept...

Re: DKC SNES Trilogy: Differences between revisions

Unfortunately, my virus protection software will not let me install No$sns, otherwise I would have a look.

I was not aware that the checksums were the same. Thank you, Kingizor.

Well, I guess that settles that.

Re: DKC SNES Trilogy: Differences between revisions

I don't see this anywhere else on the forum, and this appears to be the most relevant place to post this, so here goes... There exist another version of Super Donkey Kong (Japanese Donkey Kong Country) on the Super Famicom Box ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Famicom_Box ) There is no way to te...

Re: sounds need

Look at http://www.dkc-atlas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1604 - that should have the desired sound effects somewhere.

Re: Donkey Kong Country 2 Beta Research & Discussion

Ah, yes. That makes sense. How did you think of that?

I will go back and edit it.

EDIT: Although, now that I think about it why would it be end-of-level boss? Wouldn't it be EOWB - End of World Boss?

Re: Donkey Kong Country 2 Beta Research & Discussion

When I was going through Gregg Mayles #DKC2is20 Twitter posts, I found something that was very interesting: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CUnIt9VWEAABt1Z.jpg:large And here is the text of the concept sheet for easier copying: Each different list indicates a different image is above. If you guys want to really expand this topic's information, you should look at Greg Mayles' Twitter feed. It's full of all kinds of pre-release content currently.

Re: DKC Atlas Forum Rules - read before posting!

That "it's" should be "its".

I don't intend to be grammar police or anything, I just think the Forum Rules post which recommends good grammar shouldn't have a grammar mistake inside of it. It annoys my mind.

Re: Donkey Kong Country Returns OST [Gamerip]

This is quite a bit of a bump, but none of the links work anymore.

I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a working link for download?
