The Monkey Milkshake

Parody of Swiss Chalet's. It's pretty good.

You take bananas, ice, and vanilla ice cream, and blend it. While pouring into a glass, you lightly drizzle chocolate syrup into the glass to make a spiraling chocolate design. Add a straw and enjoy it. Add whip cream and drizzle more chocolate syrup on top if desired.

Hey, Bendilin's here. All the former DKU members are coming to this site: Sean, Tiptup JR, Kongfu, and now Bendilin. Anyway, It's about time this discussion get's some love. I think I'll try this milkshake out, and see if it's any good. It sounds delicious, though I'm trying to cut back on the sweets. That's what the bananas are for, it's good for you!

Bananas are great for semi-healthy desserts, but I do wonder if any good savoury banana dishes are out there...

As for this one, I think I'll grab some bananas, chocolate syrup and some cream to whip up... I'll get some vanilla icecream, too - you can't have too much of that stuff. ;) I will not go another day without knowing the deliciousness of The Monkey Milkshake!

A lot of times when I have brownish bananas I blend them with whatever I have to make a shake. Yummy :)

Yeah, I actually seek out over-ripe bananas most of the time. They're cheaper, and better for milkshaking! :D

My favourite method is simply blending banana and milk... Simple, natural, healthy, and oh-so tasty!

I havn't tried nor made it yet, but I think I'll skip the blending part because I don't want to deal with the hassle nor the mess that'll take place when I start it and forget to put the cover on.

I usually just put lowfat vanilla yogurt, bananas, a little bit of Grape Juice in the blender, and voila! A healthy smoothy that's also delicious.

Chicken Kashmir is a mild curry made with bananas, lychees, and coconut. ;)
