(Real?) Boss Question

OK, so I need the exact source, but I read an issue of Game Informer two weeks ago and have been trying to find it ever since. Now, one of the multiple-choice questions in the Game Over quiz section asked, "What game had you swordfight an ex-president of the United States on top of a rooftop?" One choice (I think it was D) said Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble. Was this just supposed to be a goofy answer (probably), or did I miss something?

Well yeah, unless:
  1. They meant to say "snowball fight" instead of "swordfight"
  2. Bleak is supposed to be a caricature of late former president Richard Nixon
  3. The Bleak's House battle takes place on a rooftop

You know, although all three of those explanations make sense, I'm thinking this is a goofy answer. But still, why mention this specific 16-year old game in a "Know Your Bosses" quiz section?
