DKC Atlas Forum

I figure since there wasn't one already for this game here, least favorite boss. Now, I realize it will be hard to narrow it down to one boss so you can choose two different ones if you want. Unlimited time, discuss, etc.

KROCTOPUS. Why? Just why? What in the world is it? Why is it there?! It looks completely out of place, rushed beyond belief, poorly made and ugly. U-G-L-Y. This thing makes Mugly look good... and DKCR isn't even out yet!

For a second, Belcha. As previously stated by myself in the "favorite bosses" forum: A giant, living, burping barrel just does not stack up to a hilarious, hopping beaver that laughs. Belcha is unoriginal, dumb, and flat out ridiculous.

Now, I don't hate DKC3, just it's bosses, excluding Baron. Poor developers, pressured with wanting to release the game before the Nintendo 64. Living barrels, really? And poor traitors at Rare that were rushed to make a DKC3 GBA remake so they could not drain their resources for their precious Banjo...

My only wish is that I could select all of them.

My least favorite is Barbos.

My least favorite boss is probably Belcha. I was never too keen on burp jokes. In a DKC game it seemed rather out of place, too.

I'd have to go with Squirt and/or Belcha.

Belcha, like everyone said, is an unoriginal boss, and a really easy one at that.

Squirt is time-consuming and annoying, especially since it doesn't get any different throughout the whole battle and takes 12 hits in total to finish.

I hate Bleak! He looks nothing like Frosty the Snowman!

I like his name, though.

When I got there on the VC version, I pretended he was kjsteroids from deviantART, but I got past that boss level. I'm stuck on Buzzer Barrage.

I absolutely hated Barbos. I am terrible at hitting those stupid miniature barboses. It took me forever to beat it because I kept getting stuck on the first part of the battle with the miniature Barboses.

I hate Archin. My mom knows why.

I hated Belcha. I mean, come on Rare! Burp jokes! That's just juvenile.

All of the bosses in this game are stupid.
