I would have to go with the bonuses.

I find getting all the DK Coins the more difficult of the two tasks. Honestly, I would've never found Ghostly Groove's DK Coin if it weren't for YouTube.

Agreed. Finding all of the DK Coins is, by far, the harder challenge.

Alright not by that much, but still, it is more difficult than finding all the bonus coins.

I still havent found glimmers galleon coin!!

I'm not even close for either of them. I think I have 2 DK coins and 12 or so Kremkoins (or whatever they're called).

I haven't even beaten the game yet! I'm stuck on Web Woods...

The DK coins, definitely. Like the stupid ones at the end of Mudhole Marsh and Web Woods. I hate having to play through the ENTIRE level just to get a stupid coin... >.<

I thought it was harder to find the bonus barrels. its more bonuses than DK-coins and some bonuses are really hard to find (my opinion)

Thos bonuses were hidden wayyyyy to good!

^ Take Web Woods for example. Besides, almost all the DK Coins are hidden in plain sight, while bonuses require more thought and exploration.

I had trouble finding the bonus levels in Web woods that now I have already got them.:p

Yeah, Web Woods was challenging when it came to bonuses. That one that they snuck in with the Kannon was a total b***h! The coin was actually pretty easy.

DK Coins on Web Woods (very hard) and Glimmer's Galleon (impossible to find) automatically make DK Coins harder. This goes for DKC3 as well.

I can't believe I actually found Glimmer's Galleon DK Coin back in the day. I was literally testing every freaking wall, starting from the beginning of the level (that's a hint to whoever hasn't found it).

Putting a DK Coin on the end level target and inside a bonus level is completely diabolical.

DK coins. Most bonuses I can find with little trouble.

I've found all the bounuses, but not all the DK coins.
