Hi:

i am a dkc fan who hacked DKC several times...but i love to hack DKC2 too...can somebody gave me hex codes for DKC2?

Hah, nice random Conkey pic... <--typo, but hey; it works!

PAR codes and hex codes are very different things, aren't they? I don't know that our ASM (PAR) addresses will be helpful here.

Oops, you may be right, I'm not that much of an hacker to know the differences :D
I haven't found any better places to test this Conker pic. I wanted to animate him, but thats really hard with 3D images.
So I just put Donkey on the magazine Conker is reading. :roll:

no...hex codes are codes for the game's objects...we can open the game and hacking it changing the codes...i have hacked DKC1 but i'd love to hack DKC2...if somebody have DKC2 hex codes...please share with me!

Eeh, not necessarily. ROM Addresses are single bytes that upon modifying take changes in the game. Here's a few for DKC1, courtesy of Mattrizzle;
368694 [51 01] Krusha's laughing animation
3686BE [50 01] What animation Krusha uses when defeated
368729 [FD 00] What animation Necky uses when defeated
368793 [5C 01] What animation Gnawty uses when defeated
369843 [56 01] What animation Dumb Drum uses when defeated
3FBA1A [2E 00] Animal jumping animation

Simion32 and I have collected some addresses of DKC2 and 3 in the later pages of this thread. Go nuts.
