Monkey Noises in Screech's Sprint

I was speedrunning Screech's Sprint, and when I turned into Squawks, he started making crazy monkey noises. It eventually stopped, but I suppose that I'm not the only one to experience this? :parry:

Do you have a recording of this from the time it started until the time it stopped?

Apparently I didn't. It started when I entered the Squawks barrel. It ended slightly before the shortcut barrel. Does this help? I probably can provide some more info. The sound was along the lines of Diddy and Dixie going "ooh ooh ah ah" on repeat, very fast. Very silly. I heard Super Luigi say that there was a glitch like that in Toxic Tower or that it could be in there? :parry:

Wait, was it the third sound here?

It's actually not a glitch, but a rather obscure sound effect that was programmed to play at a bad time (bad because it usually gets canceled out by the sound of the barrel busting). In some edge cases (such as getting the game to crash before the barrel busting sound plays by way of the Castle Crush glitch) it ends up playing.

It's unusual to hear it outside of performing the Castle Crush glitch.
