What's your guys thoughts on this game?

and do you think its the best of the series?

I really want to play this game since it's such a classic. Haven't gotten a chance yet though...

It's the best in the series in my opinion. I couldn't really fall into the other storylines like I did this one. A true classic.

I've heard good stuff about the series, but haven't played them yet. I tend to be a sucker for the first game in a series, though.

...DKC2 shattered that pattern, naturally.

It would be funny to play as Snake alongside Kirby and Pikachu in a Nintendo game before playing the espionage games he starred in... For some, that just may happen.
