For a mere topic starter here, I wonder how big Donkey Kong Island is?

Ever since Jo convinced me about the Northern Kremisphere, I'd say about the size of the New Zealand Islands put together.

I reckon you could walk across it in a day.

Swing King: That makes alot of sense, judging all the different enviroments on the island.

I suppose their are 2 theories out there. The DKI extremists that believe DKI is a continent of epic proportions, and those that believe it is a small island of no significance. I am a part of the former.

While playing through the game yesterday, and I made it to Chimp Caverns. I've been wondering... are they inside of the giant Donkey Kong head's nose?

If you have ever played DK64, you'd remember that there was a level that took place in DKIslands ear. I think it's safe to conclude the caves are inside some part of the island.

I think the islands are pretty small as well, agreeing with Jomingo.

Jomingo doesn't think they're small, he thinks DKI is "a continent of epic proportions".
