No. The sentence describes Dixie looking at brushes and thickets that she recognized, so it doesn't make sense for you to write "a". Then, when I tried writing "while", so the sentence could be brushes and thickets she recognized a while ago, you added "Diddy", which really doesn't make any sense. I think that might be Quawks. Personally, I think Flapper works best for the DKC2 Parrot Chute Panic bird, although that could be another Quawks.
