Speedy Diddy code

I've stumbled upon this while trying to find the value that changes the music upon death or victory (speaking of which, can anyone help me with that?). I call this code the Speedy Diddy code:

7E0E1B00

It only affects the speed of Diddy's animations, not Diddy in general. But still this is very amusing. I wonder if there's one for Dixie as well?
