DIXIE IN DKC1??

In order to apply to your ROM, once a Donkey Kong Country ROM is loaded, goto Misc - Add Dixie. This expands your ROM for you.

This mod replaces most of Donkey Kong's sprites. This was done as a challenge. I took many of the sprites present in DKC2 and overwrote the Donkey sprite if there was enough room. This mod uses bytes 0x400000-0x417fff, leaving plenty of room in the expanded space, bytes 0x418000-0x5fffff. If I planned better, I could have fit it in the rom without expanding, but expanding was easier.

A very special thanks to my good friend H4v0c21. He helped a TON in this. I had to do a fair amount of DKC2 work to accomplish this, of which he is the absolute best. From offsets to just support, his help was critical.
