DKC - Randomizer

This patch is for a 1.0, U, DKC rom. It's a randomizer, a static and dynamic one. Thank you to Simion32, whose object list I couldn't have done this without. Also thank you to Mattrizzle, for documenting "control codes". Thank you, guys!
