Wow that's excellent! I like the incorporation of enemies from 2 + 3, and it's funny how well they mesh, isn't it? I'd really like to play on this, maybe it'll be possible with the DKCLB.

Oh but one thing, how does one get the DKC coin? would you get enough height jumping off of Manky?

Edit: And I would definitely make my own if I knew how to, but sadly, I am inept at such things

I agree, that is a very fine looking level! I would also make one of my own but I have very minimal skillz. :cry:

Perhaps when the DKCLB is finished I will be able to make levels...

Apparently on the Spriters Resource you can get terrain of all DKC levels (Bonus levels included.) and the first level of DKC2 (For now...) without the backgrounds.

Hmmm.... very cool. It would be interesting to see somebody post a tutorial on how they edited their level, so the rest of us have an idea of how to go about making one...

I'm pretty much certain that, by now, someone is using DKCRE and uploading the terrains there.

EDITs:Yeah, I checked - tonberry2k is uploading the maps.

Actually the area with the Click Clack and the place right before it were added.

I'm done with its Bonus Levels, but I'll post them tomarrow.

Very nice design, I'd be keen to play that level.

Often when fans redesign levels, they ruin the aesthetics and gameplay flow in order to enhance the difficulty... and too frequently such redesigns look like a thrown-together mix of clashing elements...

This, however, is awesomeness.

Edit: The look of that falling Klampon near the end is classic. :lol:

You do have a point Qyzbud...

What I'm saying is, well, look at the work of people like those two yamasu people. They make levels of total insanity like some bonus levels that lead to a death in them then another death in the level itself.

I think I'll make a redone Jungle Hijinks next... (It won't have a BG however...)

They're just redone ones, but I'm sure we can make Walkway levels easier than any other kind of level from all three of the DKC games...

EDIT: We can also make Bramble levels as the layout of them (Specifically Bramble Blast) is on tSR.

EDIT3: Level 1-2 (Timed Tropics) is done.
