Thanks Cyclone, I promise to come up with some art for it so it doesn't go to waste!
Umm, not really sure I can give tips Sonosublime, it's just kind of how it happened with that one. I pretty much just picked a good solid color for Diddy's clothes and decided that since this was gonna be similar to the silhouette stages, I didn't want to go any further in shading than one other shade of the same color. The rest just sort of played
out on it's own. Not sure if that helps anybody.

I was bored at class so I decided to sketch Diddy and I liked how the sketch turned up so I decided to scan it and color it digitally.

DKC drawings are the best waste of time. :D

Diddy sure seems to have lost weight and grown tall... All the better for grabbing those out of reach bananas, I suppose. The rocket barrels ought to help with that, too.

Nice artwork! :dixiehappy:

Yeah, I'm not that good drawing in DKC style, so I drawn him with a modern Sonic kind of style, also, thank you for the banana!

Thank you! I'll do my best to continue posting in this forum.

^Sure! it would be a honor to have my drawings in the Atlas Gallery, thank you Cyclone!

Also, i made this today:

It's Dixie!
I gave her a more yellow-ish kind of fur to match with her hair, next up are DK and Tiny.

Wonderful ability! I actually don't mind Dixie yellow fur, as it suits her well. Also, I love Dixie and Diddy's emotionally expressive eyes!

^Thank you!

I just finished these:

DK:
Spoiler!

:shakehead: Yeah, i don't like that one very much, those hands just ruin the whole drawing, also, his tie and his chest look weird, i like his face though.

Rareware Tiny:
Spoiler!

:dixiehappy: This is my personal favorite, i tried to do something different with the shadows, now they look more realistic, also, this is the only one that is actually posing, i like how i did Tiny, but i hate that DK, also, Thanks for the bananas Super Luigi! and Qyzbud!

You're welcome. Great drawings as always, by the way. I agree with your DK self-criticism. He doesn't look too bad, though the hands and chest are a bit off, as you noted. Also, DK looks a bit too tall for my tastes. Tiny, on the other hand, looks very accurate, minus the non-smiling flower on her overalls. In fact, she kind of looks like Dede from Dexter's Laboratory! Again, I love her and Donkey's eyes, and your shadow usage for Tiny is phenomenal!

So in conclusion, you gave great effort with DK and almost perfected Tiny's image. Please continue posting your drawings, so we may gaze upon them in glorious splendor! And that's about all I have to say about that.

Hello, MatiZ — welcome to DKC Atlas!

Your art is wonderful; I've seen it on deviantART, and have favourited all of the ones you just shared (except for the most recent one, which I'll favourite now! :D).

Thanks for introducing your talent to our community!

By the way, we've recently started the DKC Atlas Gallery, which features a fledgeling fanart section; would you be happy for us to include your artwork in the gallery? :)

Very nice! I definitely would like to try and make some of these fake renders myself for some bonus images.

I hope you don't mind some constructive criticism. The hand holding the microphone looks backwards to me... like his pinky is closest to us, when it should be the furthest finger away.

Dunno why i never posted this but the gang of kremlings on the right side of the screen remind me a lot of captain scurvy's crew from the cartoon(like how the one with swords has bloodied Persian persuaders-at least i think so-and that the blue kremling has an eye patch from the demo-man and the Boston basher). Kaptain K. Rool in the back is also a character i like, the shadowy black darkening effect for mysterious characters not currently known about is interesting, and the modeling of his blunderbuss is so good i think it should be in TF2!

Thanks! The games liked to keep K. Rool mysterious, so I did the same. And, uh, let's just say that the cutlasses are rusty instead. Have to keep it PG!

No problem, but if you look at the boston basher the blue kremling(krusha/kruncha/krumple?) has, it seems to be a bit hard to hide...though that's just the TF2 weapons for ya.

Since this has nothing to do with my Gijinka project what-so-ever, i'm just gonna post it here.

I just recently(*cough* *cough* two days ago) got into working with Source Filmmaker, since it looked like a lot of fun.

This is my very first result after working around in it for a good 12 hours or so.

Looking good, Kimi Kong! Although you may want to tone down the light brightness a bit. Most scenes use a key light, rim light and fill light. This video should help:
