Unused Zingers in GBA DKC?

There are two Zingers in the GBA port that were never seen in any of the levels, the red one and the purple one. They seem to be only used for the Credits screen for some reason, so you could say they are the unused Zingers. Anybody care to explain why they were never used in any of the levels?

EDIT: Those two Zingers have been bothering me for awhile since I've seen them, what could they do if they were actually used in the levels?

I know the green ones are used in the Snes version so I'm surprised that they aren't used in the GBA port, then again Rare kinda rushed the GBA port out the door.

@ aperson98: He didn't mention anything about the green ones being unused in the GBA version, just the pink and purple ones.

Anyway here's what happened.

The blue (second from left) and grey (third from left) Zinger colors are both unused in the SNES version of the game (as mentioned in the Cutting Room Floor article for the SNES version of DKC)

The Zingers that move in a circle were red in the SNES version...

...but were changed to grey in the GBA version, leaving the red palette unused:

The other palette remained unused in both versions.

There's no way of knowing how the two unused varieties would have behaved, as there aren't any Zinger objects in the ROM that make use of these palettes (At least, not in the SNES version...).
