I don't even know how it happened to me:

I went through Tanked Up Trouble, then when I exit the level (not the Start+Select cheat), instead of taking me to the map, it took me to one of the Manic Mincer's bonus rooms (filled with vertical Mincers, with cave music)! When I exit or get hit by the Mincers, it took me to Jungle Hijinxs! Then whenever I do the Start+Select to get out, the game thinks I'm still in Tanked Up Trouble! But, when I play through the level, it says I'm in Jungle Hijinxs!

So, what happened? Was it a glitch, or was it something about my PAR codes?

It's most likely a PAR Code. Which ones did you have on?

Infinite Time? Bonuses aren't timed. Or is that the Animal Buddy bonuses?

Does this happen every time you exit Tanked-Up Trouble?

Yes.

Animal Buddy Bonuses.

I think the code that caused the glitch is Infinite Time In Bonus Stage (maybe).
