GBA is the best out of all to me for different reasons. DKC GBA was my first game I ever owned and played.

To be fair, they all have their advantages and disadvantages. The SNES version is sublime when it comes to graphics and sound. The GBA version is best at including extra/beta features. The GBC version has 1 & 1/2 more stages than the previous two. It all depends on the person and their preference, when you get right down to it.

EDIT: The thing is that the GBC version is not all that bad, too. You see, back when it was released, it was actually very advanced for a GBC game. So, if it were to judge it like that, all three would technically be outdated today.

A very balanced and diplomatic perspective indeed. :)

I imagine my stance would be a lot more even if I saw portability as more of a plus, as the GBC/GBA versions are obviously invaluable in this department.
