The crepe (itself) is a recipe courtesy of food.com
Ingredients for JUST the crepe (one serving)
1 egg 1 tablespoon sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon vanilla A dash of salt

1. Whisk ingredients in a bowl
2. In a small pan, melt a bit of butter and pour in batter
3. Cook until edges curl up and crepe is easily moved. Flip to the other side and cook for a few more minutes.

Filling Ingredients/Topping Ingredients
Banana, Nutella, Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, Cocoa

Use as much nutella and cream cheese as you want. Heat them up (separately, in bowls) in the microwave for a few seconds (to make it nice and warm). You can either cut up the banana or leave it whole. Put the banana in the crepe and pour on the nutella and cream cheese. Fold up the crepe and sprinkle some powdered sugar and cocoa to make it look nice. Then eat until your heart is content!

It's a very tasty crepe that I first discovered in the Pittsburgh strip district. The diner used a sweet ricotta cheese, but cream cheese works just as well (I, personally prefer the cream cheese).

Again, this is ONE serving, you can either make the batch bigger or find another recipe online (for the batter) that has a larger yield.
