Hi, I would like some advice on changing the entrance style. I got bunch of entrance style pointers. Most seem to work ok. But sometimes the player falls off screen (mostely on bonus level). That’s alright. I can do that. I am already familiar with hex.

What I meant by the 21st byte was the number of bytes from the start of the header to the address of for example the tempo address.

Idk how you found that A0 12 byte pair, but there's 2 bytes before it in the rom header. In the document it says... "Song Header Start Address Donkey Kong Country = $12a0" That is where I got the A0 12 from. I thought that is where the header starts. Anyways I think I got the basic unders...

Did you ever find a way to change the length of the credits? No I haven't. Did you? I DON'T want to call you out in front of others, but I tried and really don't like your program. My biggest thing is the fact that it alters the file directly on the disc. What if an error is thrown in your program?...

Yes. I knew about that pointer table. It was missing some songs, like the kong family songs? There was no pointer in the table for Cranky's and the kongs songs.
But I figured it out. thanks to MAttrizzle again for the help!
