Re: The Random Thoughts Topic

So it's alright to just randomly revive old topics? MatiZ, that video has been taunting me on YouTube for a while now... I've been avoiding it because the old design of DK, in my opinion, is worse than the current design. I guess it's time to give it a watch now, though. Good to get multiple v...

Re: DKC music in Zero Mission

Interesting! I have had the idea of porting different pieces of music over from other games in the past, but I abandoned it due to my lack of intelligence in the matter. Would you mind explaining how you go about creating these peculiar pieces of pleasure? I would love to hear more! Specifically, I'...

Re: DKC 2: Diddy's Symphony Quest

PigmaskColonel, I see what you mean. During 0:00 to 0:19, the sheet music is incorrect; I thought I heard something different there when I was arranging it. Yes, the pizzicato section for the violins was a struggle for me to pull of, and hence the oddness of the sound; I believe I got the notes corr...

Re: Does anyone else find this game a little scary at points

Personally, I think that DKC 2 is a little scary, or frightening at times. An example would be this picture: https://tcrf.net/images/1/18/DKC2-AntiPiracy.png It can be seen as a result of the infamous Castle Crush glitch. In some video on YouTube, a person told the viewers about his friend, and how ...

DKC Trilogy times

I might play DKC or DKC 2 over again, or I might try to speedrun DKC, similar to Tompa's run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ny2lANDyE78 I was wondering what your times for DKC, DKC 2, and DKC 3 are so I can try and get an average time. You don't have to completely finish the game (i.e. DKC 2's...

Missing Sprites in Reptile Rumble?

Hello, all. I've been looking at the DKC maps lately, and I think I've found something that is missing in Reptile Rumble. What's your favorite/ coolest enemy in DKC 2? Since I'm new here, I'd like to know you guys (and girls) better. My favorite enemy is a spiny, and I don't really know why. I like K.Rool's Keep the best. It was challenging, which makes it even more fun to me! And finding everything in that world meant a lot to me, because once I did, I got to fight the boss! (Well, I had to finish Screech's Sprint, of course)
