Wow, those are really impressive. I really like the detail put into the characters and backgrounds.

Tiny is great, but I think DK, Diddy and Dixie's likeness could use a little work. They look a little generic, but with some small changes, they could really stand out.

That's looking really good man. Although the dust clouds look kind of odd. They don't really look like clouds, more like 'clumps', if you know what I mean. And I feel they linger a bit too long.

As for power ups, maybe make it into a beat-em up game, where you can pick up barrels, bats, blunt objects to clobber your enemies with. They can do the same to you, of course.

I like the idea of a small Flitter as well. Even if it's not canon to DKC, it still takes place in the same universe.
