Diddy looks a slight bit darker on the PrintScreen method. Id say that screen shots directly from the emulator are the most accurate. UPDATE: All mentioned problems have been fixed except for Ice Age Alley. You will have to re-download it and apply to a clean ROM in order to update. That "zippy zinger" was caused by the generation of some unknown object. It was very strange, indeed... Let me know if anything else isn't ...

Hmm... there's a chance that the animations are embedded into the object behaviors. I'll have to have a look at this. I don't expect to find any easy way of doing it, though.

Yes, they are supposed to. This patch only affects the objects' actual movement speeds, not animations. Perhaps, it may be possible to hack the animations.

Here's the patch I promised. Now you can get the exact positions of most sprites.
EDIT: I eventually will do something like this for DKC2 and DKC3, but it will be a while before I do. At least not until DKC's maps are nearing completion.

So we must also have names like life counter, banana counter, K-O-N-G counter, and so on... I can't think of anything else at the moment. All of the other names such as Perched Necky and Mini Drum sound OK to me.

Well, I did do the entire thing using MS Paint. :roll: Making the"Level Builder" wooden would be quite difficult, But I understand what you mean. Those letters were desidned using the + pad that's on move-able barrels in DKC2... but it seems that this clashes with the rest of the picture. ...

There should be a code that will automatically finish the level, meaning you would finish in less than a second. :shock:

I'm busy as of now, so I don't have time to find out what code might do that. Maybe later when I have some free time.

I hate how you can only place so many pieces, and you make a stage but run out of room, thus ruining the idea you had. This has already happened to me 5 or so times. Just make the IPS file have to be smaller than the compressed size of the ROM it's designed for... Would that suffice? You would have to have some way to verify that the patch is actually for the game, which is impossible with IPS. Besides, we can just add the 'no ROM creation patches' rule to our ...
